GoodbyeOne thing The Matrix Revolutions taught me several years ago was that everything that has a beginning has an end, whether you like it or not.
Now feels like the right time to pass up on deviantart. I still love the arts, but my enthusiasm for sharing and discussing it on the internet appears to have dried up. It doesn't seem to matter how good someone's art is on here, I just can't produce the energy to look or comment on it for some reason. I haven't been able to all year. So because of this, what is the point of hanging around?
I apologise to all those who will miss my work, but I thank all those who took time out at one moment or another to give me some feedback. I would be lying if I said I hadn't improved my art during my time on deviantart. I feel like I've taken my work a step or two up from my year 12 efforts, and no doubt my love from the past 2 1/2 years of creating and sharing my work online would've played a part in that.
I shall continue to draw, paint and undertake photography. You may not see it online here, but the dream of getting it into an art gallery lives on.
I say goodbye to deviantart and all its kind, supportive members. I wish good luck in your quests to develop your art skills over your lifetimes. Should I come back here again, it probably won't be for a long time, when I finally decide to delete this account.
